The General Manager oversees the P&L, drives sales, and provides leadership to all personnel and processes for the center. Service Technician The Service Technician performs diagnostic, service, and/or maintenance work on residential and/or commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment and accessories. The Service Technician interacts with residential and/or commercial customers to provide answers to any and all questions, resolve problems, and ensure complete customer satisfaction. The person filling the position also promotes products and services to customer and works under the management of the Field Supervisor or General Manager. Installation Technician/Installation Helpers The Installation Technician performs heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment and accessory installation and start-ups on residential and/or commercial sites. The person in the role also conducts installation and service on IAQ products and equipment, as well, and has the ability to comprehend controls and wiring graphics and schematics. Customer Service Specialist The Customer Service Specialist takes care of customer questions, concerns, and billing questions with the highest measure of respect and professionalism to resolve customer concerns with a same-call resolution. The Customer Service Specialist is also charged with helping with day-to-day running of the Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning service office. Dispatcher The Dispatcher, following Service Experts radio and pager procedures, dispatches appointments to Service Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, and Installers. The individual in the position also interacts with the customer to ensure the customer is notified of scheduled appointments, respond to queries, and to help resolve concerns. The Dispatcher effectively plans and routes the most ideal technicians using established company policies.
